Treat yourself and your loved ones to a special Caviar experience (max 6 pax) on board the CarolAnna. Moored between the lights of Villa Scalera and the moonlight cast shadow of Capo Miseno, enjoy a fine dining experience of oysters, caviar and carpaccio with your choice of prosecco or champagne.
Just a €70 euro booking fee secures your Friday night experience, then just complete the pre-order form (sent to you after your booking is confirmed) no later than 1 week before your booking. This gives Gino and Marco plenty of time to ensure we can source you the freshest possible ingredients and finest drinks.

It has large roe, ranging from black to grey colour,and has a soft buttery flavour. Less than 100 Beuga sturgeons are caught each year.
This medium sized caviar ranges from dark brown to light grey in colour. Many favour it for its nutty aromas and fruit like flavours.
Smallest of the true caviars and more abundent. It ranges from black to light grey and, like beulga, has a soft buttery flavour however saltier with rich, intense aromas.
Also known as Choupique, is considered another good substitue for Beluga. It has a buttery flavour again with a smooth and strong bottarga, althou smaller than Beluga.
Part of the salmon family, is small grained, crunchy, with a charecteristic natural golden colour and delicate in flavour.
This small sized caviar, red or black, small and crunchy with intense flavour.
A nordic favourite, light, small, crunchy with intense flavour. Naturally black but comes in red also.
Golds, oranges and reds are the shades this caviar comes in. The eggs are larger than beluga with a distinctive flavour.
